Hi Keith, I am running at 2880, single pass. I forgot to include in my original post that I used the MIS cleaning carts prior to installing the new CFS that has the Ultratone Inkset. I don't think this should make a difference at all. In general, I am wondering though that the head might be "dirty" (in spite of what appears to be a good nozzle check) causing a deflection of the spray. If so, I am wondering if it's possible for me to remove the head and clean it manually, and if that's considered a good idea, HOW? Thanks for your feedback.
