Re: [Digital BW] MIS Ink Sample

Nij,

The piezo sample is great. The ink is quite warm to my eyes. I did get a
sample from Jon Cone about 5 months ago, but it had quite bad micro-banding
on it. I don't attribute this to the Piezo though as I have micro-banding on
my prints too with the OEM carts (much to my chagrin) which I have been
unable to get rid of as yet.

I am however now seriously considering buying the Piezo system you'll be
glad to hear as I intend purchasing something in the next month or so. I'd
still like to see what the MIS system prints like though, it's just the way
I am. I like to have all the facts :) I think I will end up buying Piezo
though as it seems to be very much a plug-n-play system. Of course, I'll
have to get a different printer.

I would definately be interested in a 'Euro' exchange even if I end up just
using OEM carts. Though I guess I'd better get my order in for the Piezo
soon, huh *grin*?

Cheers,
Colin.
