What platform are you on? I occasionally have the Piezo plug-in (same as
Image Export BW) just feed a sheet without printing but then the red "Out of
Paper" light flashes on the printer. I put the sheet in, hit the feed button
and it prints. This error occur occasionally and without any particular
reason I can detect. Annoying but I figured it was just a paper feed problem
with the printer.

I am on Windows XP and an Epson 1280
