Yes. It can be configured any number of ways. Though the mentioned inks aren't directly supported in an easy way, there are certainly many aproaches that couold work.
Like any other RIP with advanced controls, one would be hard pressed to call any particular ink "unsupported". However a lot of familiarity with the software is required and some ceative thinking as well.
