I did initial comparative fade testing of the MIS and Epson black inks,
including the PK and Light K from both companies.  The UC and MIS PK and LK
are all comparable and excellent -- better than the Epson Archival pigments.
(Epson Archival black is about like the old FS/VM K -- i.e., a different and
lower league.)  It's the UC color pigs that "weaken" that inkset relative to
the Epson Archival color pigments.
