Well that was the words I got from tech support when I explained the 
setup.

I would be very happy if you could give some hints to start with.

So far I have not find a "workaround" so solve it, time has also 
been very limit lately to find solutions.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
