Digital BW, The Print

One of our 3000s was printing fine and then all of a sudden after spitting out a print 
it shut down with the "ink out lights" flashing and the other panel lights on. I tried the 
reset button, unplugged the AC/cable, etc.

I think I read about this problem many months ago but can't seem to find anything in 
the archives.

Can anyone lend a hand?!?!
