Sorry, I don't have the answer to your question. You are a step ahead of me. I've been using the Epson blacks and have been quite disappointed with their distinct lack of blackness (more like warm brown). Even in the BO mode. So I was just about to send off for an MIS Eboni cart when I came across your post. Sounds like you find the Eboni blacker, but still lacking punch in some way. Printed anything more with it since? I'd like to know your conclusion after you've printed several different things with it, ie., whether it's worth trying the Eboni or one is better off sticking to the Epson blacks. Thanks. - Tom > Recently I got a cartridge of MIS Eboni to try in my Black Only > printing on an Epson 2200.
