the niagras *look* like they are better, but when you have a problem you are on your own, period. My friend was able to get his credit card company to fight for a refund for his defective niagra system before going to MIS. While they all should install pretty easily, I think you are going to end up futzing with them from time to time. Somehow, every 6-10months I lose air space in my carts with my MIS/1160 setup and have to pump air back into them and let them sit for 24hrs before printing again. MIS also suggest that you cycle ink through your system occasionally (ie. pull ink through the carts a few times).
