Based on the types of images you seem to point your camera at, I would definitely pick up some 55 and give it a try. It's simplicity itself to use (if you develop, later, at home) and scans quite nicely on just about any flatbed out there. I use it with a Toho 4x5, a few lightweight lenses, and a carbon tripod...this combo cannot be beat, IMHO, for field work. It all fits in a fairly small backpack that can easily be carried all day.

Despite recent predictions of Type 55's imminent death, I hope it's around for, at least, the remainder of my life.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
