RE: [Digital BW] Selling equipment

2004-02-10 by Ken Carney

Barry and others: As usual, great advice from this forum and I truly
appreciate all of the replies. I've focused, as it were, on the replies
suggesting "don't sell" and have re-thought my position. I have a Linhof
Technica field outfit with various lenses and accessories (including the
Rodenstock Imagon, one of the more bizarre things you can buy), and a Kodak
Master View field 8x10 outfit (the same setup that Jock Sturges uses when
his equipment isn't confiscated). They don't eat anything, probably aren't
valuable, just take up a little space. Though I'm presently interested in
35mm and the instant gratification of digital, that may change with time.
So I'll keep them. Thanks again for the attitude adjustment.
