No problems from me, but Richard is in NEW ZEALAND(on the other side of the world), not a very easy phone call to make. Mis phone service is great, but for the multitudes of their customers that reside outside the US, and rely on the internet for for supplies, they realy need to be alot more diligent to the email support. If you look at Richard's site, you'll see that he has a medical condition, and I'm guessing limited in what he can afford to do. To call half way round the globe to ask a question, I assume, would get to be rather expensive. MIS provides an email address for people to ask these questions. This has been an ongoing problem with them. I, and others, have sent emails, only to never get an answer. I do love their inks, and will continue to do business with them, but have resigned myself to the fact that they don't look and/or respond to email. Others have no choice, and that is business lost.
