MIS Site - can't find UT purchase page for 1200

MIS Site - can't find UT purchase page for 1200

2004-03-04 by Richard Smallfield

Hi,
I've just been trying to buy more UT from MIS for my 1200.

But *nowhere* can I find where to buy it.

On the UT page it has UT for 1200 marked as planned ... but I already bought my last lot in December.

Can anyone help me please? I need my ink!!!:)

Help!!!

Richard

Richard,

I know you can't call MIS, but try to get them an e-mail. I know they
don't have a good response time to e-mails, but given the fact you
are on the other side of the globe, and calling is out of the
question, maybe, just maybe, they may give you an answer. I'm sure
you'll can get what you need.By the way, the shot in the opening to
your web site is really quite good!

Guys,

Not true - the MIS phone sales people are very good at sorting out
ordering problems and if they don't know a tech answer they make sure
someone gets back to you.

Alan,

I have called MIS and have been handled very well by their staff. No
problems from me, but Richard is in NEW ZEALAND(on the other side of
the world), not a very easy phone call to make. Mis phone service is
great, but for the multitudes of their customers that reside outside
the US, and rely on the internet for for supplies, they realy need to
be alot more diligent to the email support. If you look at Richard's
site, you'll see that he has a medical condition, and I'm guessing
limited in what he can afford to do. To call half way round the globe
to ask a question, I assume, would get to be rather expensive. MIS
provides an email address for people to ask these questions. This has
been an ongoing problem with them. I, and others, have sent emails,
only to never get an answer. I do love their inks, and will continue
to do business with them, but have resigned myself to the fact that
they don't look and/or respond to email. Others have no choice, and
that is business lost.
