No.  There are specific 1290 VM curves.  However, the 1280 VM curves did not
work on the 1280.  So, I noticed the differences there also, but just wrote
different curves.

As you can see from posts here, there are a number of people who are happy
with 1290 and UT2 inks.  They are printing darker than my targets, however,
and some of the differences might cause posterization with some curves.

I think that is what MIS is selling with the VM inks these days.
