Don Burkholder now recommends Pictorico High Gloss White Film (at least for the 2200). I am using it and find it is better than the OHP material. Unfortunately it is expensive. Be sure to use photo-black vice matte-black ink on the 2200. I have never experienced the banding you are getting with either the OHP or white film paper, but I don't have a 1280.
