Thanks for the info Paul.  Is the neutralized LK density higher than 
the C and M grays?  I was wondering if it could be also be used in a 
partitioned workflow with a RIP to yield 3 grays such as LK>C+M>LC+LM 
or if the LK density is intermediate then C+M>LK>LC+LM.
