Paul- I was second on the DigitalArtSupplies.com list. They say they got 10% of what they requested and that they are telling people who order there now to expect and 8-10 week wait. I would assume it's about the same at inkjetgoodies.com and inkjetart.com as there was a scramble to be the full-on Epson dealership over the last few months and they all got priority order filling (presumably no lesser status store will get any until the premier dealer orders are filled).
