oops forgot to mention that you can vary the effect considerably by fading the sharpened layer it creates in the layer properties dialog and erasing sections of undesirable sharpening using the layer mask on the after sharpen layer. Very controllable in being able to effectivley implement the selective sharpening which is already mosty confined to the edges within the image. Read the Orginal authors PDF manual included in the distro, it's very informative. And also note that has a later commercial version availble via the supplied link on the same page.
