No, so far that is at least one problem I've not had.  I'm using XP and
Photoshop 8, working with 16-bit images (actually I guess 14-bit coming from
the Nikon scanner and 12-bit coming from the Canon).  I'm not sure 16 vs 8
bit makes that big a difference now, but I use it because "it's there" and I
don't know what's coming down the road re printers. Better I hope.  I
flatten the image and use the PK output sharpener and soft-proofing before
printing.  What are you using?  BTW do you ever go to the Quartz Mountain
workshops?  I'm in OKC and last year we had one with Kevin Bubriski that was
excellent.
