Hi, I've had to retire a 1200 printer from using UT1 inks, because it was so hard to keep the inks flowing. The HP 7660 is brilliantly reliable, but I miss A3 Photo Rag prints. After seeing Roy Harrington's print comparison page (thanks a lot Roy), I've started wondering whether an 1160 might be a more reliable alternative, because of the larger droplet size - and I'd definitely use it with a CFS. (I found that most of my ink problems started when I changed carts - I couldn't get the ink going again - so a CFS must surely be easier.) Is an 1160 likely to be much more trouble-free than a 1200? I can't afford the time I spent tinkering with the 1200 trying to keep it going. thanks, Richard -- http://smallfield.vze.com http://photos.smallfield.vze.com "There are only two truly infinite things, the universe and stupidity.
