Digital BW, The Print

A friend was placing an order from MIS for a CFS for his C84 so I took advantage of it to order one bottle of EZ neutral inks and some empty carts to have a play with on his machine.  This ink is to go in all 3 colour positions.  I recall reading that the EZ inks are all the same for the 3 colour positions and that only the cartridges themselves differ because the chip is different for each colour.  Also, the reason MIS lists 3 separate "colour" bottles is just so that people wouldn't get confused.  Can someone please confirm this?  I don't want to suffer the pain of trawling through the Yahoo archives.
