Digital BW, The Print

Just started printing on a new (used) Epson 3000, using the old Cone 
driver, MIS/FSN inks, Hannemuhle 308 photo rag paper.  8-1/2 x 11 prints 
have been fine.  Now I just did an 11x17, and it has bands running 
lengthwise on the print (in the direction of paper travel through the 
printer)... slightly dark areas.  Everything on the printer seems to be 
clean, nozzle check and alignment show perfect.  Any idea where else to look?
