Hello Clayton, Thanks for the suggestions. I tried switching the carts with no change in the resulting prints, and then I changed the FE to 20% and the BE to 10% with "Proof at 10%" and adding a curver to give screen image like other print, and the one that was printing much lighter did print darker and more like the other printer set with FE=20% and BE=15% proofed at GG1.8. I'll just need to make these adjustements each time I do BO on this particular printer. I don't use this often so I run a BO print through it to keep the nozzles open. The color nozzles seem to stay cleared.
