I am using for the first time UT-FSN inks on an Epson 1160. Somehow I can not reliably solve a clogging problem. After a few cleaning cycles and waiting until the next morning all nozzles appear to be free. When start printing very soon some nozzles clog. I also get dark traces here and there on the paper. It looks to me as if ink is leaking somewhere. I try to clean the nozzle head by putting some cloth in the path of the print head and sliding the head a few times over it. This seems to improve it, but after new cleaning cycles the dark traces come back. Sometime also vertical lines look very fuzzy as if the ink droplets get scattered on their way to the paper surface. Any suggestions what it could be and how to solve it?
