The dump pad is on the right side of the printer where the print head parks itself. When you do a cleaning cycle the excess ink collects here and I presume over time evaporates. If you are doing a lot of cleaning cycles then maybe this dump pad is overfull and that is why you are getting drips of ink on your prints. Solution is to press the ink refill button to get the print head to the far left, remove power from printer (just for safety) and then very carefully soak up the excess ink in the dump pad with kitchen paper. Make sure the rubber seal around the dump pad is clean and undamaged. You can get better access to the dump pad if you take the top off the printer - just 4 screws. Clean around the area with care and the feed rollers but I would strongly advise you that you do not touch anything else. If there is ink everywhere just use a small amount of water on soft cloth. When you are finished you can push the print head back to its park position on the right and then plug the printer back in. Be carefull these printers are delicate!! Hopes this will help.
