Digital BW, The Print

I apologize for the off-topic post, but I know that several folks on this 
list use the Epson wide format printers - specifically the 7600 and 
9600.  We are looking into getting such a device here at work, and I was 
hoping for some (off-list) comments about their reliability, as well as any 
other associated issues.  For instance, clogging, day-to-day as well as 
long-term reliability, issues with changing paper rolls on a frequent (2x 
per day or so) basis, etc.
