Digital BW, The Print

Just a thought...

Maybe it's an OS problem. Have you gone into the "Disk Utility" 
application recently and verified/repaired permissions? If not, try 
that first. If that doesn't help you might want to delete QUAD220 from 
the Printer Setup Utility and then reinstall QTR like you did before.

Also, if you've installed Gimp Print version 4.2.7 over an earlier 
version of same, you'll want to uninstall the old and then reinstall 
the new, making sure you choose Quadtone RIP under "printer model" it 
Printer Setup Utility once this is done (I missed that point my first 
try).

In short, repair permissions first, and see how that goes. I had to do 
both of these before I could get QTR to work this past week, but did 
them both in the second pass I made to install QTR, so I'm not sure 
which one provided the fix.
