I've had that happen under 2 conditions: paper size mismatch and a part of a file remaining in the printer's memory. For 1: make sure your image file size is about 1/2 inch smaller in both dimensions than the paper selected in the QTRGui or script (that's the Canvas Size in Photoshop). For 2 (I have to do this to get the printer to eject the paper anyway): shut off the printer for a few seconds after every print to be sure it's memory is clear. If 1 solves your problem, you can probably just click the off and on rapidly to eject the paper and be ready for the next print. The other thing I like to do is have the printer dialog box open as soon as I start printing so I can cancel a print at any time if something isn't right, but then I like to do a little test strip on the front edge of the paper before printing the full image and it's handy to Cancel the print job when I'm ready for the final print.
