Digital BW, The Print

I just went through this problem with Mac OS X 10.2.8, QTR and an Epson 7600, 
and roy and I puzzled it through via email and experimentation.   The bottom 
line is that the custom papers sizes your create in Page Setup do not work 
with QTR under 10.2.x (or, at least, under 10.2.8 as installed on my Powerbook 
G4).   I finally upgraded to OS X 10.3.5 this past weekend, and now all works as 
it should.   As an added bonus, my 7600 prints faster now with the upgraded 
OS.
