Digital BW, The Print

Yes, I just went through the same using OS 10.2.8 and QTR on a G4.  
However, I was able to get custom paper sizes to print with QTR via 
Apple's Preview application, but not with Photoshop (CS).  Following 
was Roy's explanation of what was going on, based on the error logs I 
sent to him.
