Digital BW, The Print

please excuse me for my bad English. 

I am not sure of what I must buy to print BW on Epson 1290.  

I will want to use the system of ink MIS to print on paper Hahnemühle 
Photo Rag.  
I believed to understand that Ultratone inks had a problem with this 
printer and that it was to better take of Quadtone.  
However, I would have preferred to use the UT2 Ebony; does that seem 
to you he possible?  and so yes, with which driver;  Cone R9 or the 
Epson driver ?

In addition if I must use the R9 driver, can you say to me where to 
buy it?

Je ne suis pas sûr de ce que je dois acheter pour imprimer en NB sur 
une Epson 1290. 
Je voudrai utiliser le système d'encre MIS pour imprimer sur du papier
