How or where do you fix these values  30 Warm & 70 Cool ?
Are you using QTR ?

I find that a 30 warm:70 cool blend of the EEM profiles that I use with
the 4000 and UC inks gives pretty much dead neutral up through the
midtones and than a slight warming in the deep shadows.  The warming in
the shadows occurs because only the LK is being neutralized with LC and
LM inks and the un-neutralized K predominates in the shadows.
Here is a plot of the cmy and visual densities for a 30 warm:70 cool
blend print for a 21 step wedge that illustrate what I've described
above:
