Since you're not sure what black ink you used, it sounds like you weren't
too careful about your driver settings. For a profile to work, you
absolutely have to have the driver set exactly the way it was when the
profile was built, which should be documented in the instructions that came
with it. This naturally includes having the right black ink installed, but
also includes having the right Epson paper selected in the pull-down box.
