Apart from the heads drying in you will have more problems like static electricity, dust etc that will cause problems with your printers. If you can't get the room humid do it with a nearby humidifier, Use a capping station adjustment to get a good fit of the heads on the capping station, the pumps then will create enough vacuum to get the nozzles open when cleaning and drying in is reduced.
