Andre, I used the vacuum fill method. I still had the syringe from my 
original NMC purchase and used that. I just looked the instructions 
MIS sent with the kit and they are only for vacuum filling. If you do 
not still have your syringe, you'll have to get one. I did see them 
bottom fill notes on the MIS website but not being particularly 
adventuresome in such matters I wasn't comfortable with the process & 
chose to go with what I know.
