Digital BW, The Print

The Epson RD1.  While it isn't the digital range finder I had in 
mind some years ago it has interesting B&W features.

KonicaMinolta could improve on that with a Digital Hexar RF and 
the AntiShake sensor.  The Hexar body doesn't have a silent 
shutter either but Konica should be able to solve that.
