Some papers may need help with getting started. Between the eject button and a little push while it starts, you can probably get the paper to feed OK. I suspect the paper is just not feeding all the way in. Note where it's supposed to be with a paper like EEM, and then see if the PhotoRag is getting to that point. Some papers seem to have surfaces that cause more feed problems than other papers. These printers have also been more susceptible to problems caused by concave curl of papers. Because the head is "vertical" instead of "horizontal," (at least in the earlier versions of the printer), and bottom of the paper can be beyond the main rollers while it is still printing. The exit rollers are all that are holding the paper at that point, and the head can more easily strike corners that are curled up. I then switched to HRag 188 grm2 paper and at times it will only print (starting from the top edge of paper) part of the photo. It appears that it starts printing before the paper is in place and then the paper is pulled in position and it's printing on the paper. Print Preview settings are checked for centered. I will stop for a while and run EEm paper through with the eject button, it will handle the HRag paper fine. After a few sheets of the HRag paper the same thing happens. I ran the alignment program and the same thing happens. I am also pressing the HRag paper under some heavy books to see if the slight paper curl may be causing the problem. By the way the EZ inks are great. I been running the following ink position, from left to right, Eboni, Warm, Neutral, and Neutral with no Brightness or Contrast adjustment. It's just very slightly warmer than Eboni "BO" printing.
