Print Shield (PremierArt) eliminates MIS bronzing

Does anyone know how well PremierArt Print Shield spray eliminates 
bronzing using MIS UT7 inks on Epson Premium Luster paper.  Is there 
an optimal time to apply the spray after printing, or doesn't it 
matter?
