Digital BW, The Print

I gather the "Sepia toner" cartridge that gets installed in the Y position 
does not get called for printing the range of warm tones permitted by the Epson 
driver sliders.   Certainly, I will never print warmer than the UT-EZ 
carbon/warm inkset for the C86 printers.

If this is true, is there any reason not to leave my current UC Y cartridge 
installed in my 7600?   I see little point in buying a Sepia cartridge, only to 
have it sit unused.   Am I missing something?
