QTR at 2880 dpi?

I'm printing from PS on an Epson 2200 with a Macintosh, and I can't seem to 
get QTR(latest revision) to output using the 2880 dpi setting. Is this a bug, or is 
there some other setting somewhere that needs to be changed to enable this, 
or is it just not possible?
