Thanks for the response- I have read the MIS trouble shooting page- I'll try 
again fresh tomorrow!! My inks have been in the bottles apprx 6 months--I 
wonder if they might be settling out and becoming sludgy on the bottom on 
the bottle where the tubes lie??
