You have to observe the positions that carts are intended for because of the chips. if you are at a loss to figure out which half of the inkset to put where, I'd say call inkjetmall for some help. As long as you have 3 grays for each tone (plus the Black of your choice) you should be OK. Beware of CIS if you won't be using the system every day. Even so, remember too stir, not shake, (!) from time to time. Once the carts are in place, and jets are firing properly, you can use IJC to profile the system. You can opt to make a Sel profile and a Cool profile and then blend them in OPM when you print. Or you can fix the tone in a profile that blends the two. Remember that it's not a good idea to leave jets without firing at all. So, even if you make an all-selenium profile, it's a good idea to let just a bit of the Cool inks come through so the heads don't dry out.
