Andrew,

The HQX files are stuffit archive files for downloading.  They are 
similar to ZIP files need to be expanded before you can use the 
files.  The ATN files are hiding inside the compressed HQX file.  You 
will need to download Stuffit expander to open these files and 
extract the contents.  Then you should be able to follow my earlier 
procedure and use the actions.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
