Richard,

I have had serious paper feed problems with my R800, to the point 
where I am sorry I bought it.  I have found that the problems tend to 
be minimized when there is a substantial stack of paper in the feed 
slot.  I am not sure if that will help with your problem, but it does 
seem to minimize, if not eliminate feed issues.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
