Very frustrating, in that I work hard to purge the bubble, get a clean nozzle check, and then it re-appears, often as one large bubble over the output port. Tipping and tapping clears it, temporarily. This is not happening in all my carts--and I can't recall if I've ever let the ink levels get extremely low in the one's that are affected. In any case, I've decided I need to start over with fresh carts, assuming I've compromised the ones I have somehow. What I can't decide is if to replace only the one's that are showing the problem, or just punt them all (2 sets--ouch) and start fresh. -david
