Ben...I was using the Polaroid version of this scanner (now sold) 
and had the same problem.  Seems to me that Polariod or Silverfast 
(I can't remember which) offered a software/firmware upgrade on 
their website that fixed the problem.  Maybe the Microtek or 
SilverFast websites have upgrades that may help.

That said, I stopped using the glass holder, as it was a bear to 
keep clean (four surfaces!).  I found if I used the regular holder 
and didn't tighten the top down snugly the film laid perfectly 
flat.  This was with roll film.  Hope this helps...Best, Val

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
