Unless you have switched to the new grayscale working spaces, put "same as source" in the profile option. That was always there. I don't know what you mean about an additional choice: the print with preview is from PS and has nothing to do with QTR (and is unchanged of course). What next window? you need to be clearer. I see no media type ? but may not be looking where you are? is an ink choice of course: matte or...
