Paul, Some other important things about the 2200: 1) It has individual carts for each ink. 2) The color inks are pigment. 3) It is made for pigments and there seems to be fewer reports of clogging problems. 4) It has a rear feeder for thicker papers. As for using Eboni instead of MK with the UC color inks - a number of people have mentioned doing it, and I haven't seen anyone say anything bad about it. I have one and it has been a very fine printer. It hardly ever clogs. I think a 2200 is a good investment.
