Chip, If you are using a roll its easy because the coated side is to the outside of he curl. If you are using sheets they are all packaged in the same order, so just test the one on top and then mark all the rest. This is what I do when I cut sheets down to use as tests. I actually put a pencil abreviation like SC or ST,etc, on the back of each sheet. This paper IS difficult to tell! Apart from that I always do the moistening of the fingers on a tiny corner and the one that sticks is the coated side. Some people actually take a razor blade and scratch the surface to see which side has the coating. The thing is with these Innova papers the coating is so good that it is more difficult to scratch off. John
