Am having a little difficulty with the bottom fill adaptor (BFA) priming procedure this first go-round. Can't seem to get ink to rise into the syringe. When I press the BFA lightly against the ink outlet I hear air hissing. When I press more firmly I get too tight a seal and a pretty intense vacuum effect. Not sure if it makes a difference, but this is regarding the black high-capacity (non-clear) carts. I haven't had to fill the clear "color" carts yet. How much pressure is needed on the ink outlet? I don't want to damage anything. Paul, I ordered the FADP you mentioned as a possible solution to avoid cutting down the BFA, but wondering if that is in fact the right one for C84 carts. Would you suggest trimming it? And if so, I'm assuming I need to recreate the little notch in the tip. Sorry for so much detail on what seems like such a simple little procedure, but MIS is a little big-picture with the instructions for us first-timers ;). TIA, Doug
